You may use the card that very day, and we will collect the points on your transaction. If you lose your card, you may get a new card by returning to the store, completing an updated form, and obtaining a new card. We do not mail cards to members or accept sign ups via phone or email. |

A: When you sign-up, you will receive two membership cards. Keep one and give the other one to any family member that might stop by the store. Again, if someone stops in without a card, we can always look up your account by name or phone number.
Q: I should have received a Reward, but I haven't gotten one. What do I do?
A: Please stop in or call to see that we have your email or mailing address entered correctly. If your Rewards are being mailed, please allow up to three weeks for delivery. |
